Our Commitment:
We believe that all incidents are preventable.
We will comply with all applicable federal (OSHA 29 CFR 1926), state, and local safety regulations.
We will provide the necessary training, equipment, and resources for our employees to work safely.
Safety will never be compromised for production, schedule, or cost.
Every employee, from management to field crew, is responsible and accountable for safety.
Management’s Responsibility:
Provide a safe workplace and the proper tools and protective equipment.
Ensure all employees receive adequate safety training and supervision.
Lead by example and actively participate in safety meetings and inspections.
Stop any work that is unsafe or does not meet our standards.
Employee’s Responsibility:
Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions at all times.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions, near-misses, or incidents to a supervisor.
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and never take shortcuts.
Look out for the safety of co-workers and speak up when something is not right.
